What We Built.
We developed ESS — a flat anchorage system where the anchorage plate is integrated directly inside the casting trumpet, forming a single integrated piece.
It may look like a small change. But the geometry is designed to address several important aspects of the anchorage zone:

Efficient transfer of post-tensioning forces into the slab
The objective was not to reinvent post-tensioning. It was to develop a better anchorage solution for the requirements of post-tensioned flat slabs.
